Confirmation may be conducted via automated telephone calls or WhatsApp communication, through which customers may confirm, cancel, or request further assistance regarding their order.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Upon shipment, customers will receive a WhatsApp notification containing relevant tracking details.

Shipping Methods

HavenzUp reserves the right to select and offer one or more shipping methods depending on the nature of the product and delivery location. Where multiple shipping options are available, the customer may select their preferred method at checkout. Delivery timelines and shipping charges shall vary based on the selected method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and nature of the product(s), as well as the selected shipping method, if applicable. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines range from two (2) to eight (8) business days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected. Such timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Havenzup shall not be held liable for delays in delivery arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or actions of third-party carriers.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch of the order, customers will be provided with a tracking number and corresponding tracking link via WhatsApp, enabling them to monitor the status of their shipment.

Loss or Damage in Transit

In the event that an order is lost or damaged during transit, customers must promptly notify HavenzUp through the provided contact channels. Havenzup will liaise with the relevant shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter. Resolution outcomes shall be subject to the policies and determinations of the shipping carrier.

Accuracy of Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Havenzup shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Requests for changes to shipping information must be submitted immediately after order placement. HavenzUp does not guarantee that such changes can be accommodated once order processing has commenced, and failure to provide timely notice may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
