Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Be in the same condition as received
  2. Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  3. Have all original tags attached
  4. Be returned in its original packaging
  5. Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Return requests must be approved before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return shipment.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video as proof in case of any issues.

If you receive:

  3. An incorrect item

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  1. Perishable goods

  3. Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., beauty products)
  4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.

Replacement Option

If you choose a replacement:

  1. A new order will be created for the replacement item
  2. Any applicable value from the returned product will be adjusted accordingly

Refund Option

If your return is approved for a refund:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 10 working days after approval. You will be required to provide valid bank account details.
  2. Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that banking or payment provider processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.
